Arslan has rich experience include Financial Reporting, Accounting, Business Consulting, Corporate, Internal and External Auditing for national companies. Knowledge of IFRS, ISA, Corporate Laws & Taxation & Transaction Structuring, Risk Management & Information System.

Arslan has vast experience in leading and guiding the audit team in acquiring the knowledge, assessment of the business systems of the organization and the preparation of internal and external audit deliverables. Preparation of financial models, business plans and feasibilities for various clients.

As team leader of internal audit and compliance, analyzed the internal control systems, identified weaknesses and prepared suggestions, methods and procedures for improvement in line with international frameworks. 

Performed regulatory financial risk assessment and regulatory compliance reviews. His relevant tax experience includes advising companies in setting up business and investments in Pakistan, restructuring and advising on various corporate tax issues.
